We ship item 1-3 day after purchase date. Tracking information will be emailed to you after your purchase.

International buyers are responsible for VAT and customs duties charges collected by their country. We have no control over this so International buyers please keep this in mind when purchasing.

Return & Exchange Policy

Do the complex nature of our products in the machining environment we can not accept returns on our products.

Our CNC probes come with a 6 month warranty. Buyer responsible for shipping charges. We will repair at no charge if we conclude it was a manufacturing defect. If it is not a manufacturing defect we can repair CNC probes for a minimal fee for our customers.

Drag engravers and tips are a wearable item and therefore have no warranty as improper use is out of our control.
