Return policy: Returns on new and unused items are accepted within 7 days of purchase. Buyer pays return shipping and must provide tracking number. Shipping is not refundable. All accepted returns will minus a 20% restocking fee. Any items that have been used, scratched etc will not be accepted for return. Approved returns must be in brand new condition.

Warranty: Products carry a 30 day warranty for factory defects from purchase date. Not for improper use or wear from use including over tightening or stripped threads, broken diamond tips etc from incorrect use, speeds etc... We are not responsible for any damage or personal injury from using this tool. If a brand new product is found to have a manufacturer defect, buyer must pay shipping back to us and include purchase receipt with product and when we find it is indeed a manufacturer defect will replace the tool or issue store credit.
